Guilbaut is known for his editing and compilation of some of the most important trumpet methods of his time, including the Alexandre Petit method and the Forrestier method, but he also wrote some fantastic methods and etudes himself.

This selection is his 18 Brilliant Studies for the Cornet. Each one is full of flash, musicality, and technical difficulties that will satisfy even the most advanced trumpeter.
