Return Policy: Overview

Most of our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one minute but could take as long as 1 hour to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Refunds: Digital Downloads

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we offer no refunds on digital products.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you can successfully access your purchases. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads (5) we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

Print Book Delivery Timelines

After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day but could take as long as three (3) business days to complete.

Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email (Order Completed) using the email address you provided on our order form. This means your print book order has been placed with our printer and they are sending you a book. Books tend to arrive in 10 business days, depending on your region.

Refunds: Print Books

We offer a limited number of print books on our store. As primarily a digital download publisher, we do not carry any inventory of print books, instead, books are custom printed and delivered to you when you order one. This reduces our carbon footprint by printing at a shop closest to you and requiring shorter shipping distances.

Once you receive your Order Completed email, we cannot offer a refund of any kind on your print order. This is because the book is custom printed for you at your request, and there is no warehouse or inventory to return the book to.

If you receive a damaged book or no book arrives, contact us through our contact form and let us know. We may ask for photos of the damage to send to our printer, and we will get a new book sent to you.
