Larry Delinger is a prolific California-based composer and musician. His music encompasses huge scope, including several operas, various choral and instrumental works, a ballet, and more. Delinger regular composes for brass instruments, and is often commissioned by the California Brass Quintet.

Brass Rings is a short 2-movement piece for trumpet and piano. The solo trumpet part is not technically difficult, allowing intermediate students to pursue contemporary music performance.
